As part of the ongoing integration of S&G Flowers and Fischer USA, Syngenta Seeds, Inc. is pleased to announce new names for its NAFTA flowers businesses. New names will mark the exciting changes on the horizon for these companies.

S&G Flowers will be renamed Syngenta Horticultural Services and will be a full-service broker/distributor firm tailored to meeting the needs of their Professional Grower customers. This organization will provide excellence in services and supply efficiency, as the ornamental grower's supplier of choice.

As Fischer USA prepares to take on all brand and supply chain management for Syngenta, Fischer and Goldsmith licensed genetics, their name will change to Syngenta Flowers, Inc., your premier choice for innovation, quality and reliability in the supply of ornamental seeds and cuttings.

Current seasonal activities between S&G Flowers, Fischer USA and their respective customers will remain unchanged through March 29, 2008 (Spring Trials 2008 kick off). Only the new names become effective January 1, 2008.

Syngenta Flowers and Syngenta Horticultural Services look forward to working with you in the coming season and know that they will continue to provide the excellence you have come to expect.

Current contacts for Fischer, Goldfish®, S&G® and A Cut Above® products will not change.
